One of the largest flax processing enterprises in Belarus. The history of the plant dates back to December 1954, when the first production line for the production of flax fiber was put into operation. In 1969, reconstruction of the plant began, and in 1972, the construction of a workshop for the production of short flax fiber was completed and the second production line was put into operation.
The current stage of reconstruction began in 2006. With funds from the republican budget under the project of Bellegpromproekt OJSC, new administrative and amenity buildings, a production workshop, a boiler room, a checkpoint, a weighing room, shokhi - flax trust storage areas were built on the territory of the plant, and the production area was completely landscaped.
In 2009, a new technological line for the production of long flax fiber "VAN DOMMELE" (Belgium) was installed and put into operation, and in 2013 equipment from the Belgian company "DEPOORTERE" was installed for the production of short fiber. The boiler room is equipped with modern boilers of the FERROLI brand.
The reconstruction made it possible to automate many production processes, improve product quality, and increase labor productivity. The plant seemed to have received a “second wind”.
Currently, Dvoretsky Flax Mill OJSC is an enterprise with a modern world level of production, combining structural divisions and auxiliary production facilities that ensure the operation of the flax mill. The plant employs more than 250 people.
The plant's products are in demand by enterprises of the Bellegprom concern and are sold under government orders. Some of the products are exported. The flax plant is always open for cooperation and is ready to work with all interested organizations and companies both within the Republic of Belarus and abroad.
For the successful functioning of production, the main goal is to provide the enterprise with raw materials.
Over the past few years, the raw material zone for flax cultivation of Dvoretsky Flax Factory OJSC is more than 3000 hectares and is located on the lands of the Dyatlovsky, Novogrudok and Slonim districts of the Grodno region.
In order to uninterruptedly supply the enterprise with raw materials, back in 2003, a mechanized detachment was created at the flax plant for growing and harvesting flax.
Currently, the mechanical squad is equipped with the latest mechanization equipment and includes more than one hundred units of the machine and tractor fleet.
The presence of a highly equipped and technical material base allows us to carry out all activities for cultivating and harvesting flax in a timely and high-quality manner, creating the necessary reserves of raw materials for production needs.
